Suzanne O’Riordan, Kettering Podiatry

A personal, home-based approach

My name is Suzanne O’Riordan. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry from the University of Northampton in 2011. I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (RCoP), and hold an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Since qualifying, I have gained 15 years of experience providing podiatry services at our family-run practice in Hertfordshire. I now live in Kettering and specialise in providing flexible foot care tailored to the needs of patients in their own homes or in care-home facilities in and around the area.

Approach to care

Appointments are designed to be calm, respectful and unhurried. Advice is explained clearly, and relatives or carers can be included where appropriate and with the patient’s agreement.

Why home visits are offered

Travelling to a clinic can be difficult for older people, people with reduced mobility, or those recovering from illness or surgery. Home visits can reduce that practical barrier while keeping the appointment focused on safe, appropriate foot care.

Professional standards and referrals

Accurate medical information helps Suzanne decide what care is appropriate. Orthotics can be reviewed, and biomechanical or multidisciplinary referrals to other healthcare professionals can be recommended where necessary.
